Personal Data Processed
The following personal data is processed during the reservation and service process: Name-surname, phone number, email address, flight information, travel date/time information, payment information (card details are processed securely via iyzico infrastructure and are not stored on Voyage X servers).
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing transfer service, reservation management, driver assignment, customer communication, invoicing, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period specified in the relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing. Invoice records are kept for 5 years, customer communications for 3 years, marketing preferences until consent is withdrawn.
Data Transfer
Your personal data may be shared with our drivers, B2B hotel/agency partners (only regarding the relevant reservation), our payment infrastructure provider (iyzico), and official authorities in case of legal obligation, only to the extent necessary for the service. No transfer is made abroad.
Data Subject Rights
Under KVKK Article 11: you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, transfer your data, and file a complaint. To exercise these rights, you can write to voyage.x@outlook.com or submit a written application.
