This Privacy Policy explains how Voyage X VIP Transfer ("Voyage X", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website and make a booking. Our processing complies with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and — for visitors from the EU/UK — the GDPR / UK GDPR. During booking we process: full name, email, phone, flight number, hotel/address, travel date and time, passenger names and children's ages, luggage count, special notes and your chosen payment method. We do NOT collect card numbers or card security codes. When you use the site, we may also process your IP address, device/browser information and usage data collected through cookies.

We process your data for the following purposes and legal bases: (a) providing the transfer service, managing your booking, assigning a driver and communicating with you — performance of a contract; (b) meeting legal and financial obligations — legal obligation; (c) keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and improving it — legitimate interest; (d) marketing, ad measurement and non-essential cookies — your consent. You can withdraw consent-based processing at any time.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and — only with your permission — measurement/advertising cookies. To measure the effectiveness of our campaigns we use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing; in this context Google may process data via cookies or device identifiers. We manage your consent choices through Google Consent Mode, and advertising/measurement cookies do not run without your consent. We do not sell your data. We share it only as necessary to provide the service, with the following categories of recipients: the assigned driver and operations team; hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Vercel), database (e.g. Supabase), email delivery (e.g. Resend) and technical providers such as security/rate-limiting; advertising and measurement providers (Google); and authorised public authorities where legally required.

Some infrastructure and advertising providers we use may process data outside Turkey and the EU (e.g. in the USA). Such transfers are carried out under the appropriate safeguards required by KVKK and the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose and as required by applicable law; booking and financial records are subject to statutory retention periods. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access (encrypted connection, restricted access, etc.).

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase/destroy, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw any consent you have given. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Turkish Data Protection Authority in Turkey; your local data protection authority in the EU).
